CATV Optical Transmission Platform The RT03VI 3U Optical Headend Access Platform is a broadband transmission platform of hybrid fiber-coax (HFC) network, i.e. a combination of an optical fiber cable transmission system and a coax cable distribution network. The RT03VI optical transmission platform can be used in a very flexible manner. It contains a series of optional modules and users can select various module combinations according to requirements of their own system. HFC Optical Transmission Platform Feature The RT03VI rack can be equipped with different RT03VI application modules at the same time. It provides positions for installation of 18 modules with a standard width. One RT03VI-CM network management control module is mounted in the right slot (19#) of the rack. Two AC-DC power modules (or DC-DC power modules) are respectively mounted in two slots on the top of the rear panel of the rack.
