The glass cutting line comprises a loading table, a punching machine (selectable based on required product functions), a dual-head glass waterjet cutting machine, a cleaning and drying machine, and an unloading table.
The loading table positions the glass onto the platform. The punching machine drills necessary holes initially. Upon completion, the glass automatically moves to the dual-head glass waterjet cutting machine for cutting various shapes, such as patch fittings. The glass waterjet cutting machine independently positions and clamps the glass, executes a series of automated functions, and then begins the cutting process. Post-cutting, the glass moves automatically to the cleaning machine. Once cleaned, it proceeds to the unloading table, completing the entire sequence of glass processing tasks.
This production line minimizes labor intensity, boosts efficiency, and notably improves the yield rate of high-quality glass products. It's an ideal choice within the glass indus…
