I. System Composition:
The jet mill system consists of an air compressor, air storage tank, refrigerated air dryer (including filters), jet mill main unit, high-precision classifier, cyclone collector, pulse bag filter, high-pressure induced draft fan, control cabinet, and material loading/unloading systems.
Working Principle:
After being cooled, filtered, and dried, the compressed air is injected into the grinding chamber through nozzles to form supersonic airflow, fluidizing the material. The accelerated material converges at the intersection points of the jet streams from multiple nozzles, where intense collisions, frictions, and shearings occur, resulting in ultrafine grinding of particles. The pulverized material is then conveyed to the impeller classification area by the rising airflow.
