Heavy duty cranked-link transmission chain

Heavy duty bending roller chain is suitable for steel mills, mines, and grain machinery. Mainly used for transmission and traction. The chain needs to have high strength, impact resistance, and good wear resistance. The chain plate is a bent plate structure, and the chain is made of medium carbon alloy steel material. Two processes are used: heating, red pressing, and annealing followed by cold pressing. The pitch holes of the chain plate are extruded through a punching process, which increases the length of the bright band of the hole diameter, increases the fitting area between the chain plate and the pin shaft, and improves the detachment force between the pin shaft and the chain plate.
