High-grade customized arc motor magnets
In theory, a ring magnet is considered the best shape for a motor magnet. More precisely, these are radial ring motor magnets, the material is mainly bonded and sintered.
Bonded magnets are designed for different motors, such as pump motors, vacuum motors, brushless motors, DC motors and conveyor motors. Bonded magnets, such as ferrite magnets, SmCo magnets or NdFeB magnets, offer advantages in terms of control accuracy and better finished product yield compared to sintered NdFeB. They can be made into different complex shapes by various magnetization methods. However, their magnetic fields are much lower than those of sintered neodymium magnets.
Sintered NdFeB magnets can also be made into radially oriented magnetic rings. However, they are very expensive, as they require additional magnetizing clamps and coils, and also have many limitations in terms of size and grade.gnet
