HDG Radiator with Coating refers to a hot-dip galvanized radiator that has been further coated with a protective layer.
Hot-dip galvanizing is a process in which the radiator is submerged in a bath of molten zinc, creating a layer of zinc coating on the surface. This process provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability to the radiator.
However, in some cases, additional protection may be required, especially in harsh environments or where the radiator is exposed to chemicals or moisture. In such cases, a coating is applied on top of the hot-dip galvanized layer to provide an extra level of protection.
