The production process of stainless steel seamless pipes selects high-quality stainless steel billets as raw materials. After polishing and acid washing treatment, the surface of the material is ensured to be smooth and flat. Then, the pre treated billets are sent to the hot rolling machine for hot rolling. The billets are pressed into the initial shape of the seamless pipe and factors such as temperature, force, and rolling frequency are controlled during the hot rolling process to ensure the performance and mechanical properties of the seamless pipe material.
Afterwards, heat treatment and residual stress removal, as well as dry grain structure, were carried out on the initially formed stainless steel seamless pipe in a turbulent heat treatment furnace. Double sided screening was then performed, and the surface and interior of the stainless steel seamless pipe were subjected to large solvent magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing to detect and eliminate possible cracks and…
