Is LED light and UV light the same?
led lighting are different from UV lamps. UV
lamps are gas discharge lamps and ultraviolet tubes with a wavelength of 365mm,
which belong to ultraviolet light; LED lamps are light-emitting diodes, visible
light with a wavelength of 400mm-500mm, which is similar to ordinary lighting.
The differences of both lamps are as
follows:
1. UV lamp can cure all brands of
phototherapy glue and nail polish glue, LED lamp can not cure phototherapy glue
(ie UV glue)
2. UV lamps are ultraviolet lamps, which
are harmful to the eyes and skin, and are irreversible, and long-term exposure
may cause cancer risks; LEDs are ordinary light, and long-term use will not
have the risk of UV lamps.
3. The UV lamp is a gas discharge lamp,
which has a limited working life. It needs to be replaced regularly. The LED
lamp has a long working life and basically does not need to be replaced.
