The aluminum alloy die casting process is based on two methods: hot chamber die casting and cold chamber die casting. The
main difference lies in the location of alloy melting depletion. During hot chamber die casting, the pressure chamber is usually
immersed in the metal liquid of the cyanotic cochlea; while cold chamber die casting refers to the separation of the pressure
chamber from the alloy melting process, and is divided into three forms, horizontal, vertical, and fully vertical, depending on
the location and direction of the pressure chamber and the mold.
