Basic Principles of Cold Chamber Aluminum Alloy Die Casting Process
The pressure chamber of cold chamber die casting is separate from the holding furnace (alloy melting and exhaustion). During aluminum alloy die casting, first use a quantitative spoon to take out the metal liquid from the holding furnace and pour it into the pressure chamber, and then use the injection punch to perform die casting. According to the pressure direction of the injection punch, it can be divided into horizontal, vertical, and fully vertical types.
