It's made of alumina oxide, or nitride aluminum. Alumina ceramic substrate is always to be used as printed circuit board (PCB), like DBC substrate,  Silver coating substrate, Nickle coating substrate and so on.  Metallized substrates in different thicknesses are available. The standard thickness includes 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.635mm and 1.0mm. In the meantime, we are able to provide different printed circuits and sizes per custom specifications.
