The cylinder block's key parts
In a single acting cylinder, the compressed air acts only on one side of the piston. After venting the air, the piston is returned to its initial position either by a reset spring or by its own gravity.
For this purpose, a cylinder with end buffer was designed and manufactured. The brake piston is connected to the working piston in a cylinder so that the brake piston enters the cylinder head. When the working piston reaches the end position, the brake piston enters its cylinder, which creates a back pressure (air cushion). The air here can only be discharged through an adjustable throttle valve, so the piston is resisted and its motion is damped.
Our main products are Air Compressor, Oxygen Compressor, Diaphragm Compressor, Hydrogen Compressor and so on.
